These are pre-designed architectural plans available for instant digital download. Each plan includes:
- 2D floor plans
- 3D exterior visualizations
- Technical layout schemes (when applicable)
Please note: Our plans do not include engineering blueprints, material specifications, or construction permits.
These must be completed locally by licensed professionals.
2.2 Digital Document Format
All files are delivered in PDF or JPEG/PNG formats unless otherwise specified. You may print, share with
your contractor, or present to an engineer for further development.
3. Licensing & Usage
- All designs are protected under intellectual property laws and remain the property of Architico.
- Your purchase grants a single-use, non-transferable license to use the design for one construction project
only.
- Plans may not be resold, shared, redistributed, or used for commercial reproduction.
4. Modifications
We offer an optional modification service for buyers who wish to customize a design. This may include:
- Adding rooms or features (e.g., pool, balcony)
- Changing layout dimensions
- Interior or exterior aesthetic changes
Additional fees apply. Modifications must be requested via the 'Let's Modify' button on the product page.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are available once
files are downloaded.
